Houston: Brobee Meet and Greet at Toys R Us!
If you're in Houston, TX, you will want to head over to Toys R Us's Grand Re-Opening to have your picture taken with Brobee! The list of appearances listed the event in Katy, TX, but thanks to super sleuth Gabba Friend Ana, it's actually just off the Katy Freeway in Houston.

Friday, October 23rd (that's TONIGHT!)
Three stages, several LEGENDARY bands. I could go into a huge rant about this lineup, but I'm going to instead cut right to the chase here. We're a Yo Gabba Gabba! fan site, and as such, we also love and support the people affiliated with the production of the show. It's especially effortless to love Parker Jacobs, the (twice!) Emmy-nominated Art Director for Yo Gabba Gabba! and lead vocalist for GOGO13.
We attended the GOGO13 show in Pomona, CA, last night and they were amazing! High energy dancing, hilarious adlibs, and skilled musicians who were clearly having fun and interacting with the crowd. Lucky for us, they played our favorite from Yo Gabba Gabba!, "Pick It Up!". So if you are in LA, do not miss this show. I repeat: DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW.

We also picked up GOGO13's special-edition vinyl with the two singles "Es Ploded!" and "Cereal". Included is a code to download the MP3s. So be sure to bring a little extra cash ($10 for the vinyl, around $15-20 for t-shirts) because you will definitely want to take those home! Tip: Bring a sharpie for autographs! You're going to want to stick around to meet (and get autographs from) Parker, The Grik, Ben Action, Johnny Spleen, Paul, Scout, and Duke Regal.
Oh, and maybe, just maybe you will be so lucky as to have Parker draw you an original right on the spot. We requested our favorite crying ghost Gooble since our son will be Gooble for Halloween, and Parker took it to the next level and drew a Gooble montage!!
In case you can't see the image, Parker drew Gooble crying while apparently "skanking", Gooble crying over his birthday cake, crying while skiing, and hilariously enough, crying while reading a MAD Magazine. He just whipped that out within a couple of minutes and now we have a favorite new addition to our collection.
