We heard from Reverend Wyrm who created this amazing piece of art. We love the interpretation of Muno and Brobee along with the transition from Munoland to Brobeeland. Very, very cool.

Even more interesting is Reverend Wyrm's story about how this work of art came to be:

Greetings Gabbafriends!

I am an artist an I have always adored cartoons, movies, and shows that have "Characters" (that is to say actors wearing
costumes) and puppets. I grew up with Sigmund and the Seamonsters, The muppets, and Sesame Street to name a few and I have never lost my love for these types of programs. I also have always had a fondness for monsters and bizarre creatures, my wife and I don't watch TV, but on a recent visit to my
brother's house our kids and theirs were watching. It happened that I was walking by at the same instant there was a preview featuring a tall, cylindrical bumpy character dancing around! The moment my eyes set upon this stunning design I was hooked! Within the next few minutes I discovered that this great character was called Muno and he was from a show called Yo Gabba Gabba. This was many months ago and I have since fallen further in love with the wonderfully fantastic characters, my favourites are Muno and Brobee. So naturally, as an artist, I couldn't help but draw something fun featuring these two wonderful characters and I would love to share it with all the other GabbaFriends! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!

I am in awe of this painting. Incredible work. Please do more and post them for us to see. I would love to see a picture of Toodee & Foofa. Then one of DJ Lance & Plex. You have a wonderful talent and you can't just stop at this one. Can't wait to see more. I plan on making my youngest son's room into a Yo Gabba Gabba room and would love to add a painting like this. Great job!

This is an amazing piece of work. Wish I could buy it and hang it in my daughter's room. Brobee is her favorite character and I love the interpretation. By the way, I loved the Sid and Marty Kroft shows as a child too! Sigmund and the Seamonsters was one of my favorites. Great work!

Notable Quotes

"My kids [Stella, 22 months, and Liam, 3] are obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba! It's a dream to guest on the show and do a dance-y dance!"

-Tori Spelling, actress

"I love YO GABBA GABBA. I don't care what you say, DJ Lance, Muno, Brobee, Foofa, Toodee and Plex have taught my daughter many valuable lessons--like the desirability of napping, for one. Not to throw objects at Daddy's skull. Not biting. The value of 'trying again' and 'not giving up.' All set to surprisingly weird, offbeat songs which--in another venue and with other lyrics, one might find oneself enjoying at a club. They get good indie bands as guests, and Mark Mothersbaugh of DEVO is a regular. I know every song and every lyric by heart."

-Anthony Bourdain, host of No Reservations
