How To: Make a Plex Cake!
Betsy shares with us how she made this adorable Plex cake!

First I baked a 9X13" cake and then 2 - 9'' round cakes.
I cut the round cakes in half and put half a round at the top and bottom of the 9X13" and on each side (I had a big cake board underneath).
I used Wilton's food coloring gel to make the grey, black and yellow icing (I used chocolate to make the black and vanilla butter cream for the lighter colors) and frosted it freehand.
Then I used black licorice for the smile, and three antennae, sticking a red Blow-Pop in the center licorice to make the red knob on top.
