Ja'vyn loves Yo Gabba Gabba!
My son has been watching Yo Gabba Gabba since he was born in 2007. The past few years he does not want to watch anything else except Gabba. We play it on-demand all day long, as well as play his DVDs. We even had to buy him a portable car DVD dual set for him to watch it on, even when we take short trips to the store etc.
Ja'vyn is a true fan, and so am I along with my husband... LOL!

Nona meeting Brobee, Plex, and Foofa!
Hello!
I just wanted to share a picture of my daughter Nona meeting a few Yo Gabba Gabba friends at the Vans store in Citrus Heights, CA. We saw the posting on Gabba Friends, and I wanted to thank you for sharing. We waited 2.5 hours to see them and the look on her face was priceless. She still cannot believe she met Plex and Brobee!

Vivien danced the night away and made a lot of new dancing friends – Emma enjoyed the show and then popped lots and lots of bubbles from the bubble machine on stage.
After the show, we went to the VIP room and met Leslie Hall, Biz Markie and had a AWESOME time!!!

Jake's 2nd birthday party!
Hello,
Its been almost a year and I cant believe I havent sent in the pictures of my son Jake's 2nd birthday party!
Jake turned 2 on February 17th, 2010 and he has been watching Yo Gabba Gabba (or as we like to call it YGG) since he was born. My husband Ryan and I love to watch it as well. We have DVR'd every episode and watch at least one a night. So it was only natural that we would throw Jake a YGG birthday party!
I've attached the invitation (I designed and printed them myself), pictures of the cake and other decorations. My parents came the night before to help decorate. Little did they know that eventually we would all be decorating cupcakes and mixing frosting to make the perfect shade of Brobee and Muno.
Since I planned the whole party last minute I didnt have time to order YGG decorations online. This meant going to the local party stores to find decorations, since they didn't have any in stock I was left with solid colors which I tried to keep in YGG colors as well; Brobee colored plates, Plex colored table cloths, Foofa colored cups, etc.
Jake was so excited to see his cake and blow out the candles. He liked it so much that he we let him blow out the candles 4 times! His other grandmother even found a Brobee plate, cup, and water bottle set at Marshalls. And I even made a Happy Birthday sign using images from the web.
It was so much fun that we are thinking about having Jake's 3rd birthday be YGG themed as well.
Thank you so much for having this fan site. Its really neat to see the other families that enjoy YGG as much as we do!

Merry Christmas! from I-Heart-Plex
I had alot of fun designing this. I did the characters and words in Prismacolor markers and colored pencils. The background was done in Photoshop. I'm really proud with how it came out. I eliminated Plex's "belly door" because it was easier to fit the belt in that way. The costumes for the characters came out even better(and cuter) than I thought they would. Sorry that Toodee and Foofa aren't in there, but I couldn't figure out how to fit them in. That, and it would've taken me too long to color all the characters. Maybe for next year. This is my way of wishing everyone on Gabbafriends a Merry Christmas. I hope you all have a happy one! God bless!

Amilia's 2nd Birthday!
Hello!
I wanted to share Amilia's 2nd Birthday with everyone!
I got most of the decorations from birthdayexpress.com,and I printed the background pictures from Nickjr.com.
I was so excited to finally give her the Foofa Vans I got her when they first came out. She danced away in them with the other kids to Music is Awesome vol.2!!!
I purchased a pre-made flower pinata and just glued a Brobee plate to it to keep with the theme. Everyone of all ages enjoyed her Yo Gabba Gabba party!!

Amsden's Brobee Cake!
This is the Brobee cake for my son Amsden's birthday!
I have a wonderful coworker Melody who has a way with cakes. :)
She made Brobee for me.
I can tell you that it he was divided into three layers, with cardboard between each one. That way we can slice a layer, then remove the cardboard, then slice the next cake down. She used drinking staws for stability and a BIG mop handle-ish pole (which we pulled out before the kids saw him) down the middle to really stabilize him. And the whole thing was edible - all the hair was made of buttercream icing!
Levi's 2nd Yo Gabba Birthday!
Our friend April sent us this great story!
"We got so many great ideas from your website and couldn't have done it without Gabbafriends and Nickjr.com! I wanted to share our party!
We did Pin the eye on muno, got a pinata at www.worldofpinatas.com, I made shirts as favors and handed them out as everyone got there so they could show off there new gabba gear. Our party was a success and we all had a blast!
Thank you for being such a wonderful resource for family's with Gabba lovers!!! "

Azariah's First Birthday!
Yo Gabba Gabba was the first tv show my son, Azariah watched. Azariah could be upset, crying or playing but as soon as he hears DJ Lance Rock's footsteps he stops what he is doing, turns all his attention to the t.v. and watches Yo Gabba Gabba.
So when it came time to plan his first birthday there was no doubt in our minds that it was going to be a Yo Gabba Gabba party. His birthday was in October 2009, we started planning the party in August 2009. We bought some items off of Party Express but most things were DIY projects.
Yo Gabba Gabba Live/San Francisco!
Ava (and the whole family!) has always been a fan of Yo Gabba Gabba!! Something changed after the Live show in San Francisco....she became a toddler obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba!!. She sang and danced and waved her hands the whole entire show. The family in front of us was so impressed how this little 2 year old knew every word to every song and didn't stop the entire show!
Let's just say if she could drive....she would become a "Baby Groupee"!!! No Joke!.....
Lia's First Birthday!
Our friend Indhira sent in this story:
My daughter Lia just turned 1.
She loves Yo Gabba Gabba , so I had a Gabba Gabba party for her.
I made T-shirts for the household family.

I played Gabba music from YouTube.
All the cupcakes, games, and party supplies were Gabba themed.

Claire's 2nd Birthday!
For Claire, a Yo Gabba Gabba theme was the obvious choice.
Since store bought gabba decor is sparse I decided to make most of them myself.
Some ideas were found on this site, a few Nick Jr. printables, and a few of my own ideas went into what turned out to be an awesome party.
