I have browesed through the website and seen that several of you have Plex come to the party and all of you guys say it's home made. My daughters birthday is September 4, 2010 and I would like to have Plex at her party too. Can you guys give me hint, tips, ideas on how to make my own life size Plex, please?

I found a Plex costume someone made from scratch, and they posted a pretty thorough video on Youtube:

I'd personally switch out the square trash can for a round one or even one of those cardboard fiber drums, but that's just me. The video doesn't show the arms or legs, but you could make sleeves and pants out of some silver fabric and quilt it so it has that segmented look to it (be sure to make them a little longer at first to account for the quilting). Then I'd say you could make the hands and feet from either cardboard or plastic sheets (like "For Sale" signs).
