I'm assuming that the songs on the Super Music Friends Show is written by the show writers, since the songs aren't listed in the credits as being written by the bands.
Does anybody know for sure who writes these songs?

I'm pretty sure most of the bands write the songs. I know "pool party" is an actual song by the aquabats, they switched some of the words out to make it more appropriate for children.
Recently I got to see a Question and Answer panel with Christian Jacobs and Scott Schultz, and when someone asked this question, they said that they have four primary song writers (Adam Deibert, Aaron Watene, Jarond Gibbs, and Ricky "Ricky Fitness" Fallon) that write all the music. It's expensive to license songs written by the bands that perform on the show, so instead, the writers send the guest bands a bunch to choose from. There are, however, some songs that belong to the bands that performed them, like The Aquabats ("Pool Party"), GOGO13 ("Pick It Up") and DEVO ("Watch Us Work It").
I thought the bands and the song were real i knew the Aquabats were but the others............
