Muno Backpack for my toddler
My son Parker is at the point where we don't need to carry such a big diaper bag. I got a smaller one & he's such a big helper that he likes to carry for me, but it's difficult for him since the straps are so long.
Initially I wanted to make him a Brobee backpack but lately he and I have both been LOVING Muno to death! So I decided to make him a Muno backpack instead & I love how it turned out!
I found the pattern online for free. I really like it because it doesn't need any velcro, snaps or zippers making it MUCH easier for a toddler to use. Here's the link to the pattern: http://indietutes.blogspot.com/2009/10/toddler-backpack-pattern.html
And now for the pictures :)
Here is the front

The back

The inside features bug themed fabric because Muno LOVES BUGS BABY! And so does my little guy! (I added pockets but the pattern doesn't call for any)

Ok! The bag is ready and waiting on the bottom of the bookcase for my son to find in the morning :) I know he's going to love it! I'll post pictures of him wearing it later.

You did a wonderful job! I love how the inside has the 'Bugs' fabric! That is just too cute!!! I must ask, in your last photo I see oskie bugs?! Where in world did you find them??? : )
The Oskee bugs in the last picture came with the VERY hard to find Muno Lil Fun Friends which also came with Archibald the worm :) I haven't seen them with anything else. I picked it up in October 2009 at Target. That was the only time I've ever seen the Muno & Toodee lil fun friends & I snatched them up REALLY quick!
You're not the same as the professional :)d&g eyeglasses
