I was wondering if anyone has ever had problems going to a live event with their children...as far as being let in or any other issue. I want to attend this http://www.goldenvoice.com/shows/details/?id=20406 My son is 2 1/2 do you think that will be an issue?

Every Aquabats show Ive been to Ive seen parent with their children. Obviously not dancing in the circle but the Aquabats are totally kid friendly, loads of fun for all ages, Yo gabba gabba is totally off the hook, Id be more worried about driving to the venue with my child in the car than being inside.

I think you'll be just fine!

Though *I* haven't taken my toddler to a concert yet, I've seen lots of parents with babies, and they're often wearing headphones like these ones, if you're concerned about loud noises. (These are just an example... I'm sure there are lots of other brands to pick and choose from.)

You will be fine. We have brought my son to several all ages shows and they are fine about it. I would cal ahead and ask if you would need a ticket for your son or not though. Some say yes you do and some say it is fine since they are young.

Notable Quotes

"My kids [Stella, 22 months, and Liam, 3] are obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba! It's a dream to guest on the show and do a dance-y dance!"

-Tori Spelling, actress

"I love YO GABBA GABBA. I don't care what you say, DJ Lance, Muno, Brobee, Foofa, Toodee and Plex have taught my daughter many valuable lessons--like the desirability of napping, for one. Not to throw objects at Daddy's skull. Not biting. The value of 'trying again' and 'not giving up.' All set to surprisingly weird, offbeat songs which--in another venue and with other lyrics, one might find oneself enjoying at a club. They get good indie bands as guests, and Mark Mothersbaugh of DEVO is a regular. I know every song and every lyric by heart."

-Anthony Bourdain, host of No Reservations
