My 20-Month old takes his Muno to bed with him every night. I've been trying to think of a way to make a Muno costume for Halloween but I'm coming up short. Any ideas?

I've been thinking long and hard about what I would do. I found a couple of pictures online that might give you a little inspiration:
I've been trying to think of a way to get the long forehead... like taking an adult winter hat and maybe stuffing it, adding an elastic strap to keep it on... and then sew a large felt cyclops eye on.
Also, I think it would be cute to sew on some large red pom poms to his red pajamas/jumpsuit.
I would love to hear what other crafty folks are planning on doing for their Muno costumes!
