Pretty in Foofa-Pink Birthday Party!
Marisol sent in these pictures from her beautiful daughter's Yo Gabba Gabba birthday party, in which the birthday girl was dressed up in an outfit that is the epitome of Foofa's girly nature!
Marisol tells us: This pinata was made at the local Flea Market in the City I live in, San Jose, Ca. I had ask them if they could custom make it for me and it was only $20!! I thought that was a good price for the size of it.... The only thing I did add myself was the crepe all over the body and I redid her eyes with construction paper. My daughter enjoyed the pinata very much!!!!

The candy favor Boom Boxes were purchase online at Birthday Express. This made the party. She had a blast passing them out and all the kids loved them! They are actually a good size.

Her foofa outfit was the best. I made the tutu myself. You can buy the fabric at any fabric store. It goes for about $1 per yard. I looked up video on Youtube and those were very helpful on how to make a tutu with out a sewing machine. I added rhinestones to it, her Foofa on the shirt is a printable from Nickjr.com. They have cool party decorations and party masks for kids.

In this picture here she has a face mask tied on the hair tie. They were so cool. But it was a bit of work pasting them on construction paper and cutting them after and adding the string so they would go around their heads. But it was all worth it. The kids had a BLAST!

Last but not least was the cake! I had this made at a bakery. I took a picture in of the boombox and I think they did a good job! I just bought the little Gabba Gabba figures at Toys R Us.

Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I am... if any question don't hesitate to ask! I know how all you parents feel, you're just trying to make the happiest moment you can for your child. My now 2-year old loves Yo Gabba Gabba so I knew we had to go all out for her birthday party!!! Dancey Dancey Gabba Gabba friends!

I absolutely love the Foofa piñata!! I am having my daughter's 3rd birthday party, but we are way over in NY. Would you mind asking the person who made it for you if they would be willing to ship one to NY?
Thank you - Tati
Hey the pictures are great! I love her outfit, and the pinata is awesome. I live in Hayward, Ca. and had no idea they made the pinatas at the flea market. can you let me know which particular vendor did it. Thanks.
Great pics and it seems your daughter had a wonderful time!
I'm always buying tutus never realizing I could make one. Great job!
Thank you so much! At first I was going to buy one for the bday party until I did some research and figured I can make it myself... I really like the way it turned ouT, and it wasn't so hard to make....
