Super Simple Foofa Cake
I just made a super simple Foofa cake and thought I'd share how I did it...
I found a silicon heart shaped cake pan at Target in the dollar section for $2.50 that I used to make Foofa's head. I baked my cake in the heart shaped pan, then used a long knife to trim off the layer of cake that had risen out above the edge of the pan. Then after dumping out the cake I used the scraps I had just cut off to fill in the top indention of the heart and make it Foofa shaped. I used frosting to make the scraps stick in place. Then I iced it pink and used paper cut outs for her facial features. It was so super simple, I am going to make another couple in addition to her big cake for the party in Saturday :)
