How To: Create Yo Gabba Gabba Shoes!
CayleeBrobee made these awesome shoes for her daughter, Caylee. She tells us exactly how she made them and how you can make a pair of your own!
CayleeBrobee writes:
I bought a pair of cheap white canvas shoes at Wal-Mart. I then used the pictures that can be found on the Nick Jr. site (Link to Yo Gabba Gabba Puppet Theater) to print out the background and puppet character.
I printed them on T-shirt transfers for dark fabrics. I trimmed the transfers to fit the shoes and ironed them on. It was hard to iron around the curves but I used a wooden spoon on the inside of the shoe to help me.
My daughter Caylee has not taken them off. She wore them to school and trick-or-treating.
Happy Crafting!
