How To: Make Brobee Pumpkins
Valerie and her adorable son, Cristian, share with us how they made this awesome Brobee pumpkin for Halloween!
These are the things you will need:
Pumpkin
Oil pastels
Number 2b pencil
White paper
Glue
First, I drew exactly how I saw Brobee's face on my sons plush doll with a light number 2b pencil. Once I knew it looked good, I used my oil pastels to first draw his dark eyebrow.
Second, I used my black oil pastel and drew the outline of his eyes, then I colored in the eyes with the white oil pastel.
After that I drew the outline of is sad mouth, then I colored it in. Next I drew in the black line in his mouth.
Next, with my pencil and a ruler drew the lines of dark green and light green on his body and his arms.
Lastly, I colored red horns on a white paper and cut them leaving extra paper to fold under to paste on the pumpkin.
My son went crazy when he seen how it came out and right away he knew it was Brobee! (And I am definitely not an artist so if I can do it anybody can! lol!)
