Leah's Birthday Party
Gabba Friend, Tammi W. (Tamber877), shares with us her creativity in planning a fabulous birthday party for her pretty-in-pink daughter, Leah!

Tammi writes:
I had such a great time preparing for Leah's party; it was a lot of work, but so totally worth it.

I made the goody bags using felt and a hot glue gun and pipe cleaners for the handles, the idea I found searching for gabba party ideas.

The Foofa cake was made using a teardrop shaped cake pan that I found at a local wine and cake store (it can also be found online, searching for “teardrop cake pan” I believe I used the 14x3 size), and fondant.

Brobee cake was a regular 9x13 pan and some food coloring and regular frosting.

The shirt and matching skirt was custom made by an awesome woman on Etsy.com.
I also did the color theme, pink, red, green, yellow and light blue for the streamers, plates, napkins and tablecloths, although we ended up with NO tables at the place I rented out, so no pics of a nicely decorated party room.
I also was able to find some Gabba music that I burned onto a CD and played that throughout the party.
And the finishing touch was my daughter receiving ALL the Gabba toys as her presents! (except for Dancing Brobee…he’s being held onto for Christmas!)
Overall, the party was a huge hit and everyone loved the Gabba theme.
I hope our party will help others looking for Gabba party ideas!
