I made this cake for my daughter Sophie's 3rd bday. She is crazy about Yo Gabba Gabba and talked about a Toodee cake for weeks.
Your site was total inspiration! Thank you! :)

Lea sends in this adorable Foofa-licious delight! She writes:
I made this cake for my daughter’s birthday party. I took the idea from someone(KayaPapaya) on the site who used a heart-shaped pan and filled in the “top” of the heart to make the rounded bottom of Foofa’s head. I used cupcakes to fill it in.

I also used poster board to make rings for the eyes and iced inside of them with a knife. Then took the poster board rings out and outlined the eyes in black icing and added her pupil and eyelashes. Used a plastic baggie with the tip cut off instead of buying a decorating tip. Worked great! Ditto for the nose and mouth – baggies!
Was a huge success!
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
Jenelle sent us these carefully decorated cookies! YUM!

*The story title is only meant with great respects to Billy Mays, as a mother of two I know I was up at odd hours on end watching infomercials with bags under my eyes desperately trying to absorb an ounce of energy that he projected with every word he said and that Oxyclean wasn't that bad either. My condolences to his family, hope he's in a better place.
